Our well-crafted business plan, coupled with an industry-leading management team, positions us for significant market share capture and allows us to capitalize on the current momentum within the sector. We are committed to delivering substantial value to our investors through strategic planning and execution.

Riding the Wave of Fiber Construction Boom

The U.S. telecommunications industry is witnessing an unprecedented surge in fiber construction, as ISPs and telecom carriers rapidly expand their networks. However, this growth is hampered by a shortage of experienced technicians, a fact underscored by a May 2023 presentation from the Missouri Workforce Development. Missouri alone is projected to need an additional 3,320 employees in key positions. This shortage acts as a bottleneck in carriers’ fiber expansion objectives, creating a unique opportunity for us to address this challenge head-on.

Our Vision: Connecting the Nation, Empowering Lives

Projected growth of 17.3% for Telecommunications Equipment Installers & Repairers, as well as Telecommunications Line Installers and Repairers, between 2021 to 2031 fuels our commitment to solving the bottleneck. The American Legion, with its unwavering reputation for serving veterans and communities, joins forces with PMRG, where our Executive Team’s 150+ years of industry experience and robust relationships drive our successful growth.

Partnerships that Elevate Learning

In collaboration with the Fiber Optics Association (FOA) and Fiber Broadband Association (FBA), the American Legion / PMRG Team integrates cutting-edge educational programs into our core curriculum. This partnership not only ensures exposure to the latest technology but also provides updates and new labs, continually enriching the learning experience for our apprentices.

Join us in shaping the future of the telecommunications industry, where training meets opportunity, and the demand for skilled technicians drives transformative growth. At the Fiber Network Technician School, we’re not just building networks; we’re building careers and connecting communities. Let’s create a future where every connection is a pathway to success!

Assemble, Train, Employ

Our plan is simple yet powerful. We will assemble, train, and employ crews of qualified technicians to meet the unprecedented demand for fiber construction. Recognizing that all telecom companies face similar challenges in finding qualified technicians, our program is designed to help fill this critical skills gap.
